Full cycle means the customer provides a sketch or drawing and receives a finished product that can be installed, painted or put to use right away. No middlemen. No loss of quality. No waiting between stages. All processes take place at one facility: laser cutting, tube cutting, bending, fitting and welding work, milling, turning, powder coating. This is how we save your time and guarantee a consistent result.
Laser cutting of metal. This is the first and most precise step. The laser cuts metal to within tenths of a millimetre, leaving clean, even edges with no burrs. Facade elements or decorative stainless steel panels, for example, come out perfectly even — with no grinding needed after the cut.
Tube cutting. A tube is not just a cylinder. It can have complex shapes, mounting holes or joints at a specific angle. We cut round, square and profile tubes on automated machines where every cut is repeated to within a degree. Frames, furniture, fences — it all starts right here.
Sheet metal bending. Sometimes you need to bend rather than cut. We work on powerful press brakes that can shape even thick metal without cracks or creases. These parts become enclosures, boxes, panels and decorative elements — precise and symmetrical.
Metalwork and fitting. This is the "human" stage — when the machine has done its part and the workpiece needs precise finishing. Our craftsmen drill, grind, assemble and fit. Sometimes one minute at the workbench decides whether a part becomes perfect.
Welding. Here, strength matters as much as aesthetics. We weld structures from carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium using MIG/MAG, TIG or manual arc welding. Our welders like to joke: "a good weld is one you can't tell was ever made." And that is exactly the result we achieve.
Powder coating. No metal lives long without protection. After coating, the product gets an even, durable finish that fears neither scratches, nor sun, nor moisture. We use professional powders and curing ovens so the colour stays rich and lasting. Gloss black, matte graphite or even textured blue — any option is possible.
Milling and turning. This is where precision is born. Milling creates slots, holes and complex surfaces, while turning produces cylindrical parts: shafts, bushings, nuts. If you need a part accurate to hundredths of a millimetre — we can make it.
