We perform TIG (argon-arc) welding — a method in which the arc burns in a shielding atmosphere of argon and the metal never contacts the air. That is why the weld comes out clean, with no spatter or scale, and the metal itself keeps its properties. It is the primary way to weld stainless steel, aluminium and thin-walled parts, where a regular MIG welder or a stick electrode would leave a rough weld or burn through the metal.
TIG welding is chosen when the weld has requirements that other methods cannot meet:
We work with food-grade and technical stainless steel — AISI 304, 316, 321, 430. We weld vessels, tables and equipment for food production, railings and fences, interior elements, parts for chemical environments.
If required, we clean, grind or polish the weld until it is almost invisible on the surface. For critical products we use internal argon back purging — it removes oxidation from the back side of the weld, which is critical for vessels and pipelines.
Aluminium requires a special approach: different polarity, higher thermal conductivity, an oxide film with a melting point far above the metal itself. Without experience the weld comes out porous and brittle — which is why aluminium products are often brought to us after failed attempts to weld them elsewhere.
We weld aluminium profiles and sheet: frames, housings, radiators, machinery parts, decorative structures. We also perform repair welding — restoring cracks, broken brackets, cast parts.
Both methods are needed, just for different tasks, and we never push the more expensive one where it gives no advantage.
MIG/MAG welding is faster and cheaper on long welds in mild steel of medium thickness: frameworks, frames, steel structures. TIG welding is slower but gives a cleaner, more precise weld — we use it for stainless steel, aluminium, thin metal and everything that stays in sight. The cost depends on the material and thickness, the length and number of welds, how hard the joint is to access, the requirements for cleaning and polishing, and whether internal gas purging is needed. Repair work is priced separately — there the condition of the part matters more than the length of the weld.

TIG welding is rarely a standalone operation. Parts first go through laser cutting and bending, and after welding — metalwork finishing, grinding and, if needed, powder coating. All of this happens at one facility, so the part does not travel between subcontractors, and one company is responsible for the result.
