This page collects the questions we are asked most often — about ordering, files, prices, lead times, materials and quality. If your question is not answered here, write to us through the form at the bottom of the page: we reply within one business day, and a consultation costs nothing even if the order never happens.

The short version: we are a full-cycle shop — laser cutting, bending, welding, turning and milling, and powder coating all happen at one facility in Kyiv. We take single parts as readily as production batches, work from your drawings or prepare them ourselves, and quote in English. A rough figure can be obtained from the online calculator; the exact price follows once we have seen your files.

Send a drawing, a sketch or a description of the task through the form or a messenger. We check the files, price the job and come back with a cost and lead time within one business day. Once you confirm, the order enters the production plan.

DXF and DWG for flat parts, STEP for 3D models, PDF with dimensions for understanding an assembly. Photos and scans work as source material too, but a drawing is then prepared by our engineer.

Yes, that is a common situation. A dimensioned hand sketch, a photo of a sample or the sample itself is enough. Our engineer prepares the drawing and confirms it with you before anything is cut.

Yes. One part from a drawing is a normal order. There is no minimum batch, though per-piece cost is always higher for small runs: setup takes the same time for one part as for a hundred.

Material cost, machine time per operation and quantity. For flat parts the main factors are cut length and sheet thickness, for welded items the number and complexity of welds, for coating the surface area.

A ballpark, yes — describe the item, its dimensions and material and we will give a range. An exact price without files is not possible: one millimetre of thickness or ten extra holes change the cost noticeably.

Yes, the site has an online calculator that estimates cost from typical operations and gives you an order of magnitude before talking to a manager. The final price is confirmed once we review your files.

It follows the route of the product. Flat parts from a ready DXF can go to cutting on the next shift, bent parts add an operation, and welded assemblies with coating take longest because the finish has to cure. The exact lead time is quoted with the price.

Often yes. Tell us the deadline up front and we will check whether the work fits the shift schedule and answer honestly. We do not sell queue-jumping that would break dates already promised to other customers.

Structural steel, stainless steel, aluminium, galvanised and perforated sheet, square and round tube. Common thicknesses are in stock, the rest is purchased per order.

Yes, we work with customer-supplied stock — the quote then covers operations only. Tell us the grade in advance, since cutting and welding parameters depend on it.

Approximately: steel up to 20 mm, stainless up to 12 mm, aluminium up to 10 mm, brass and copper up to 6 mm. Thicker material is cut with plasma, and precise features in heavy plate are finished by machining.

The working sheet format is 3000×1500 mm. Larger structures are produced in sections and joined — standard practice that does not affect strength when the joint is designed into the drawing from the start.

Laser gives a clean, square edge and precision on thin to medium material; plasma is cheaper on thick plate. If the part goes straight to welding or coating without rework, choose laser. See our comparison of laser and plasma cutting.

Yes, by TIG welding: stainless is handled with dedicated tooling to avoid carbon steel contamination, and aluminium is welded on AC. Welds are dressed or polished on request.

Yes, powder coating in any RAL colour, including matte and textured finishes. We coat both our own products and parts brought in by customers.

Yes, by laser engraving: part marking, nameplates, serial numbers and logos on finished products. Engraving does not wear off, unlike labels or painted lettering.

The first part of a batch is checked against the drawing before the rest is released, welds are inspected (critical ones leak-tested), surfaces are checked before coating, and the finished order is counted against the specification.

If the error is ours, we remake it at our own cost. That is why we insist on approving the drawing before release — an agreed file is the common reference point both sides can return to.

Yes, and we recommend it. One sample costs little compared with a batch, yet it exposes documentation errors before they multiply across a hundred parts.

Yes, cutting programs, flat patterns and tooling stay on file under your project. A repeat order six months later produces identical parts without pricing everything from scratch.

We deliver within Kyiv ourselves and ship across Ukraine through carriers; international shipping is arranged on request. Packing protects the finish in transit. Delivery is quoted separately from production.

Yes, by prior arrangement. A visit works best after the drawing is agreed — then there is something concrete to discuss at the machine.

Yes. We manufacture parts for the defence sector and contract batches for equipment makers to customer drawings. A non-disclosure agreement is signed before documentation is handed over whenever required.
