We provide powder coating services on our own line in Kyiv, Ukraine. The polymer coating is applied electrostatically and cured in a baking oven — the paint bonds firmly to the metal and does not run, sag or fade like ordinary liquid enamel. We coat both products made in our shop and customer-supplied parts.

How powder paint is applied

The technology consists of three stages, and none of them can be skipped:

• surface preparation — degreasing, removal of rust, scale and old coating residue; this is what determines how long the coating will last;
• spraying — charged powder particles settle evenly on the product, including edges and inner corners;
• curing — the product is baked at about 180–200 °C; the powder melts and forms a continuous film without pores or runs.

Types of powder paints

Powder paints differ by their base resin, which determines where the coating will last longest:

• polyester — UV-resistant, the default choice for outdoor products: gates, fences, facade elements;
• epoxy — the best chemical resistance and adhesion, for indoor parts and aggressive environments;
• epoxy-polyester (hybrid) — the universal option for furniture, retail equipment and enclosures.

Colours and textures

We coat to the RAL catalogue — over 200 shades. Available finishes: gloss, semi-matte, matte, fine texture, plus structural «antique» and «moire» coatings that hide minor surface imperfections well. We will advise which option suits outdoors and which suits interiors: gloss is striking but demanding of the surface, texture is more practical for products in daily use.

How long the coating lasts

With proper surface preparation the polymer coating lasts 10 years and more even outdoors: it does not peel, crack in frost or fade in the sun. The film resists scratches, moisture, detergents and temperature swings. That is why powder coating is the standard for gates, fences, facade cassettes and any structure you do not want to repaint every two years.

The cost depends on the product's area, geometry complexity (lattice and volumetric structures take more paint and time), colour and batch size. Series orders are always cheaper per item: the line is set up once and the curing oven is loaded fully.

What we coat

Gates, fences and grilles, profile tube and steel structures, equipment enclosures, shelving and retail equipment, furniture frames, wheel rims, facade elements, perforated panels. Maximum product dimensions — up to 6000×1500×1500 mm: fence sections, long frames and large enclosures fit into the oven.

Surface preparation is half the result

The most common reason a powder coating peels is not the paint but skimped preparation. We degrease every product, and remove rust, scale and old coating down to bare metal. Even new metal goes through mandatory degreasing: factory preservation oil is invisible to the eye but kills adhesion. That is why we guarantee the coating only together with our preparation.

Powder or liquid paint

Liquid enamel wins only when the product cannot be dismantled and brought to the shop. In all other cases powder is stronger, smoother and more durable, and it contains no solvents — the coating is ecological and fire-safe to apply. Coating customer products

Bring your products — gates, rims, frames, enclosures: we will prepare the surface, match a RAL colour and coat them. We accept single parts as well as batches. If the product was painted before, we will strip the old coating. Typical lead time is 2–4 business days depending on volume and surface condition.

Powder coating for international orders

For customers fabricating parts with us from abroad, powder coating is the natural final step: we cut, bend and weld your product, coat it to any RAL shade and pack it for international carrier delivery.
