We design and fabricate safes and steel security cabinets to individual dimensions: gun safes, office safes, cabinets for documents and valuables. This is not reselling stock boxes — every safe is built for your task: to fit a furniture niche, a specific number of guns or a document format. Full cycle at our own facility in Kyiv, Ukraine: cutting, bending, welding, coating.
Gun cabinets are our most frequent safe order — and exactly where custom fabrication beats a store-bought model. We build cabinets around your collection: for 1–2 shotguns, for 3 or 5+ long guns, with holders matched to the actual gun length, a shelf or a separately locked ammunition compartment, and cradles for pistols. You set the height, depth and internal layout — not the manufacturer of a standard model.
For registered firearms a safe is a legal requirement, not a suggestion: steel construction, a reliable lock and in most cases anchoring to a wall or floor. Our design includes everything needed — a fully welded steel body, a certified lock, an internally locked ammo compartment and anchor holes. If your local licensing authority has additional construction requirements, we build them into the drawing before production starts.
For offices we make safes sized to folder formats, cash safes and key cabinets, steel archive cupboards. Internal fit-out — shelves, dividers, separately locked sections — follows your processes: for example, a separate section for the company seal and documents under its own key. For receptions and shops we fabricate deposit boxes with a slot for inserting cash without opening the door.
A furniture safe only makes sense when it fits the niche exactly — otherwise it either does not go in or rattles around. We work the other way round: you give us the niche dimensions in a wardrobe, cabinet or dressing room, and the safe is designed to fit it to the millimetre, anchored to the furniture body or the wall. The door — keyed, coded or both.
Thicknesses and layout follow the task: a hunting gun cabinet, a shop cash safe and an archive cupboard are three different designs, and you will not pay for extra steel where it is not needed.
A stock safe is a compromise: everyone's dimensions, whatever internal layout, and a non-standard niche or a long rifle simply does not fit. Custom fabrication removes those limits at a comparable price: you pay for steel and work, not for the brand on the door. And a custom safe can be built for the future — with room for a growing collection.
To be straightforward: we do not build certified fire-rated safes. Fire resistance is not a matter of steel thickness but of a specialised refractory filler between the walls and verified testing against a temperature curve. That is a factory technology with certification behind it, and anyone promising a "fire-resistant safe made to order" without a certificate is selling you an ordinary steel box.
What we offer instead is a solid steel safe with a reliable lock for theft protection, and for documents you genuinely cannot lose, split storage: originals in a certified fire box, copies elsewhere. If you already own a fire box, we will build a niche or an outer safe shell sized around it.
Not everyone needs a full-height cabinet. Compact safes are built around a specific task: a laptop and documents in an office, cash at a till, keys and a company seal, personal belongings in rented accommodation. Typical sizes start at 200×300×250 mm; the real limit is not size but sense — a safe small enough to carry off under one arm has to be anchored, or it leaves with its contents.
That is why every compact safe we build has holes for anchoring to a wall, floor or furniture carcass. It is the detail that cheap shop models either omit or treat as a formality.
Plenty of people start by looking at used safes, and reasonably so — they cost less. But a second-hand safe comes with unknowns: how many sets of keys really exist, whether the lock has been swapped, what condition the bolt mechanism is in, and whether the safe has already been forced and repaired. For firearms that matters: the safe has to meet the requirements, not merely close.
Building to order removes those questions: a new lock with a full set of keys, a known construction, the dimensions you actually need and a warranty from the manufacturer. For a comparable price you get a safe that fits your niche and lasts decades rather than one that almost fits.
The cost depends on dimensions, steel thickness, lock type and internal fit-out; dimensions and locks influence it most. Send the dimensions and a task description via the form — we reply with a price and lead time within one business day, in English for international customers. No drawing needed: a hand sketch or a photo of the niche is enough. Typical lead time is 5–10 business days; we deliver across Ukraine and can arrange international carrier shipping.
Our engineer prepares the drawing and approves it with you. Then the standard chain of our shop: laser cutting, bending, welding with a continuous seam, lock and bolt-work installation, powder coating. Anchoring installation is available on request.
