We provide welding services of any complexity: from individual seams to turnkey steel fabrication. We weld mild (carbon) steel, stainless steel and aluminium — with gas-shielded MIG/MAG and with TIG welding where a neat seam on thin metal or stainless is required. Our profile is production work: structures, frames, tanks and series products (we do not do car body repair).

How welding cost is calculated

There is no universal price list «per metre of seam» in metal fabrication, and here is why: the same metre of seam on a 3 mm angle bar and on a stainless pressure tank means different hours, materials and qualification. The cost of a welded product consists of four parts:

• metal and preparation — cutting, bending, edge cleaning;
• assembly — geometry setup, tack welds, fixtures;
• welding — seam type, position, length, method (MIG or TIG);
• finishing — seam grinding, polishing, coating.

A welding and fabrication partner in Ukraine

Why the seam comes out right

The quality of a welded structure is determined before welding: parts cut on the laser and bent on the press brake meet without gaps, so the seam is even and the structure does not warp. After welding we grind the seams, and if needed the product goes to powder coating — the metal gets corrosion protection right away, not «someday later».

MIG/MAG or TIG: which to choose

Gas-shielded MIG/MAG is the workhorse for steel from 1.5 mm: fast, productive, with an even seam on structures. We choose TIG for stainless, aluminium and thin metal up to 3 mm — the seam comes out neat and often needs no grinding. Stainless steel welding

Stainless demands its own approach: food-grade and medical products tolerate no pores or undercuts, and a visible seam must look clean. We TIG-weld AISI 304, 316, 321 and other grades, then grind and polish the seams to match the sheet surface. Typical orders are tanks and sinks, railings, food-industry products and interior elements. Importantly, stainless is worked with dedicated tools to avoid embedding carbon-steel particles that would later corrode.

Aluminium welding

Aluminium is harder to weld than steel: its oxide film melts at twice the temperature of the metal itself, and the part conducts heat away quickly. So we weld aluminium with AC TIG — preparing the edges and removing the oxide right before the seam. We take on enclosures, frames, covers and repair work on aluminium structures. Worth knowing: aluminium distorts more than steel, so the product geometry accounts for shrinkage from the start.

Seam quality control

Every product passes visual seam inspection: penetration, absence of pores, undercuts and lack-of-fusion. For tanks and vessels we additionally test tightness by filling or a kerosene test. Frame geometry is checked on the assembly table before and after welding — the product arrives in drawing dimensions, not «roughly like that».

On-site or in the shop?

We do the bulk of the work in the shop — that is where the equipment, fixtures and quality control are. It is faster and cheaper than welding «on site». Finished structures are shipped to the customer or handed to a carrier for delivery across Ukraine and abroad.
