We manufacture metal parts and assemblies for the defence sector to the customer's drawings and specifications. We work as a contract shop: you supply the documentation or a sample, we cover the full route from sheet cutting to a coated, packed part. Our focus is what can be made from sheet steel, stainless and aluminium — enclosures, brackets, protective covers, frames and mounting hardware.

We do not manufacture or service weapons or ammunition — we make general-purpose metal components and structures to supplied documentation.
The best starting point is a finished drawing or 3D model: we accept DXF and DWG for flat parts, STEP for 3D geometry and PDF with dimensions for understanding the assembly. With no documentation at all we work from a sketch or a physical sample — our engineer takes the dimensions and prepares a drawing for your approval before anything is cut. Every part is checked for manufacturability first: we will tell you straight away where a bend radius does not suit the thickness, where a hole sits too close to a fold, and where the design can be simplified to bring the batch price down.
For this kind of order the key requirement is that part number one hundred matches part number one. That comes from process, not from care: cutting runs from a single laser program, bending follows a stored sequence of steps, and complex assemblies are welded in a jig. A repeat order six months later produces identical parts, because the programs, tooling and nesting stay on file under your project. We also recommend a prototype before the series — the cheapest way to catch a drawing error before it multiplies across a batch.
A distinct line of work is metal components for unmanned systems and ground equipment builders: housings and trays for electronics, camera and antenna mounting brackets, mounting plates, transport frame elements, ground station covers. These parts are typically small, precise and needed in batches of tens or hundreds — exactly the format laser cutting plus bending handles well. Aluminium where weight matters, steel where you need stiffness or protection.
We work with structural steel, stainless steel, aluminium and galvanised sheet. We normally buy the material ourselves, which makes lead times easier to hold, but we also accept customer-supplied stock if you need a specific grade. Grade and thickness are matched to the job: 1–2 mm is usually enough for electronics housings, 3–5 mm for loaded brackets, more for protective elements. If a drawing calls for a grade that is hard to source in Ukraine, we propose an available equivalent and confirm the substitution with you in writing.
Parts do not travel between subcontractors: laser cutting, bending, welding (including TIG for stainless and aluminium), turning and milling, bench work and powder coating all happen in one shop. For you that means shorter lead times, one party accountable for quality, and the ability to introduce a change mid-batch without renegotiating it with three suppliers. Larger welded work is handled as steel structures, and orders can be completed with safes and steel cabinets of our own manufacture for storage and transport.
Customer drawings are not published, not passed to third parties and not used for our own products. Finished items from such orders do not appear in our portfolio or social media without written permission — every image on this site relates to civilian production. We sign a non-disclosure agreement before documentation is handed over whenever you need one; your standard form works for us.
Timing depends on the mix and the batch size. Small flat parts from a ready DXF go to cutting on the next shift; welded and coated assemblies take longer because of the process pauses — curing cannot be rushed. We quote the real lead time broken down by stage together with the price, before work starts. Tell us about a deadline up front rather than after the price is agreed, and we will fit urgent work into the schedule where the shift allows.
Our customers are equipment and unmanned systems manufacturers, engineering teams, workshops and volunteer organisations that need a steady metal subcontractor rather than a one-off service. Small batches and prototypes are treated the same as a series: a single part from a drawing is a normal order, not an exception.
Cost comes down to material, machine time per operation and quantity: the same part in a batch of 50 is noticeably cheaper per piece, because setup is spread across the series.
