Sheet Metal Bending Services in Kyiv

We provide sheet metal bending services on a CNC press brake at our facility in Kyiv, Ukraine. We bend mild steel, stainless, galvanized sheet and aluminium to your drawings or samples. CNC control keeps the angle and flange size identical across the whole batch — parts become interchangeable and assembly needs no fitting.

Bending parameters

• sheet thickness — up to 6 mm (steel), up to 4 mm (stainless);
• bend length — up to 3200 mm;
• minimum flange and radius — calculated for the metal thickness and grade;
• multi-step bending: boxes, U- and Z-profiles, closed contours.

How bending works, in short

The sheet rests on a die, the punch presses from above — the metal bends to the set angle with a controlled radius. It sounds simple, but the calculations behind it matter: the radius depends on thickness and grade, the angle springs back after the force is removed, and the minimum flange is limited by the die width. The press program and our engineer account for all of it — so a 90° angle really is 90°, not «about that».

The flat pattern is half the job

Part quality is decided before the press: our engineer calculates the flat pattern taking into account metal thickness, bend radius and operation sequence. The part comes out to size the first time, not «almost fits». If all you have is a 3D model or a sketch of the finished product — we develop the flat pattern ourselves, free of charge.

Online bending quote

You can price the bending yourself: upload a DXF or STEP file to the online cabinet — the system calculates the cutting and bends and shows the price immediately, with a 3D preview. Handy when there are several design options and you need to compare their cost quickly.

Bending with cutting is cheaper

Bending is most often ordered together with laser cutting: we cut the flat pattern from the sheet, then bend the finished part. This route produces enclosures, covers, trays and brackets almost without welds — the product is stronger, neater and cheaper than a welded assembly of separate plates.

What if the part is longer than 3200 mm?

For products longer than the press working zone — parapets, drip edges, long ducts — there are two ways: joining sections with an overlap at the seam, or reworking the design so the long element consists of two shorter ones. We suggest the best option at the quoting stage — in most cases the joint hides in an invisible zone.
