Our facility is a single site where metal travels the whole way from a sheet in the rack to a finished, coated product in packaging. Nothing is farmed out to third-party shops, so lead times do not depend on someone else's schedule and responsibility for quality is not diluted between suppliers.

Every order follows the same route, whether it is one part or a batch of several hundred positions. A manager takes the enquiry — drawing, sketch, photo of a sample or simply a description of the task. An engineer then reviews manufacturability and prices the job: how much material it takes, which operations are needed and how long each one runs. Once price, material and finish are agreed, the part enters the production plan and you get a shipping date. Work is executed against a routing sheet, so at any moment we can tell you exactly which stage your order is at.
Most problems with metal parts are born in the drawing rather than in the shop: a bend radius that does not suit the thickness, a hole too close to a fold, a weld in a spot the torch cannot reach. That is why every drawing is reviewed before release — we show what will be difficult or expensive and offer a manufacturable alternative. With no documentation at all, our engineer produces it from a sketch, a photo or a physical sample. Flat patterns for bending are calculated in-house, with the bend allowance for the specific thickness and tooling.
We work with structural steel, stainless steel, aluminium, galvanised and perforated sheet, square and round tube. Common thicknesses are kept in stock, the rest is purchased per order; a specific grade or certified material is agreed before the start. Customer-supplied stock is welcome too — your material, our operations. Every quote separates material cost from labour, which makes it easy to compare options and choose a sensible balance between price and strength margin.
Control is built into the route rather than bolted on at the end. The first part of a batch is checked against the drawing before the rest is released — cheaper than reworking a hundred. Welds are inspected visually, and critical ones are leak-tested where the product requires it. Before coating, surfaces are checked for burrs and scale: paint does not hide defects, it highlights them. Finished orders are counted against the specification and packed to survive transport without damage to the finish.
Small orders are genuinely welcome. One part from a drawing, five brackets, a dozen blanks — that is normal work, and most of our regular customers started exactly there. At the same time the shop is set up for series production: cutting programs, tooling and nesting are archived, so a repeat order six months later yields identical parts at a predictable price. The larger the batch, the lower the unit cost, because setup is spread across the run.
Timing follows the route of the product. Flat parts from a ready DXF can go to cutting on the next shift. Bent parts add an operation. Welded assemblies with coating take longest, because curing and cooling cannot be rushed. We quote a realistic lead time before work starts, broken down by stage, and flag it when a specific thickness has to be ordered in. Urgent work is taken out of turn where it does not break dates already promised to others.
