We cut tubes and structural profiles to length for your frames and structures at our facility in Kyiv, Ukraine. Cutting follows your specification: round, square and rectangular tubes, angles, channels, flat bars and rods. You get blanks of identical length with a clean square end — no on-site fitting and no wasted metal.
Maximum blank length is 6 metres. We cut both at 90° and at an angle: for welded frames and trusses this saves hours of assembly, because the parts meet without rework.
For welded corner joints we cut tubes at 45° or any other angle from your specification. No templates or manual marking are needed — the angle is set on the machine, so every blank in the batch is identical and frame corners close neatly without gaps. That means less filler metal, less grinding and straighter finished frames.
Beyond cut-to-length work we laser-cut holes, slots and shaped openings in tubes: mounting holes, tab-and-slot joints, saddle copes for round-tube connections. Holes sit in the same position on every part, so frames assemble like a kit — no manual layout or drilling. It is the fastest way to prepare a tube set for a production item.
A shaped end is needed where a round tube meets another tube or a surface at an angle: saddle cuts give a tight fit along the whole joint line. We cut such ends from a 3D model or joint parameters — no templates or angle grinders, with full repeatability across the series.
Profile tube is the backbone of most frames, so it is what we cut most often. Square and rectangular profile from 15×15 to 120×120 mm is cut to length, at an angle and with mounting holes. For furniture frames and retail equipment a clean end matters — the cut comes out without the burrs and crushed walls an abrasive disc leaves. Blanks can go straight to welding or hardware assembly.
A manual grinder cut drifts off the mark, leaves burrs and needs every end dressed; a band saw is more accurate but cannot do holes or shaped openings. Industrial cutting gives three things manual work cannot: identical length across the batch, a clean end with no rework and angles without templates. On a batch of a few dozen blanks the difference in assembly time is measured in days.
Blank length is held to a millimetre across the batch, angles follow the specification without accumulating error. That is critical for frames and trusses: if every cut wanders by 1–2 mm, the geometry falls apart by the tenth joint. Our blanks assemble into a frame without wedges or clamps — the seam is easier to weld and the structure does not warp.
The cost depends on the profile type, wall thickness, number of cuts and batch size: the more identical blanks, the cheaper each cut. Cut-to-length work costs less than laser processing with holes, so the quote separates these operations — you pay only for what your design needs. Send your cutting list and we will quote the price and lead time within one business day.
International customers order tube cutting from us as part of contract fabrication: send drawings or a STEP model, get an English quote, and receive welded and coated assemblies — or neatly packed kits of cut blanks — delivered by international carrier. Ukrainian production costs make outsourcing frame products to our shop worth a look.
Typical applications: furniture and shelving frames, machine frames, gates and fences, canopies and pavilions, retail equipment, construction structures. We work both with our stock and with customer-supplied material.
Send your specification via the website form — we will quote the price and lead time within one business day. After cutting, parts can go straight to welding and powder coating in our own shop — you receive a finished structure, not a pile of blanks.
