Ready-Made Steel Products and Custom Metal Items

Alongside contract work from customer drawings, we make our own products — practical metal items you can buy ready-made or order in your own size and colour. Everything is produced in our shop: cutting, bending, welding and powder coating, so the price comes straight from the manufacturer.

Sheet metal products

Sheet metal is the basis of most of our products: housings, boxes, shelves, panels, covers and containers. The process is simple and predictable — laser cutting gives an exact contour with all holes in one pass, bending creates stiffness without extra welds, and powder coating seals the metal under a durable finish. That is why a sheet metal product comes out lighter and cheaper than a welded profile structure wherever heavy load capacity is not required.

Barbecues, stoves and outdoor items

A classic of our own production: barbecues in various sizes — from compact folding units to stationary ones in thick steel — wood stoves, cauldron stands, log holders and smokers. We are honest about thickness: a thin barbecue costs less but warps after a few seasons, so stationary models get heavier plate. We can add your name or logo by laser engraving, which makes a good gift option.

Shelving, boxes and storage

For garages, workshops, warehouses and shops we make steel shelving, tool boxes, trolleys, containers and storage crates. Standard sizes are available, but most customers order to their space: height to the ceiling, depth for a specific box, shelf count for their own stock. For valuables and controlled storage we build safes and steel cabinets, including gun safes sized to your collection.

Brackets, mounts and small metal parts

Brackets for equipment, mounting plates, shelves, stands, angles and embedded parts — the small items you rarely find in the right size in a shop. We make these both as single pieces and in batches: for installation crews it is often the easiest way to get hardware that fits the site instead of reworking it with an angle grinder.

Generator and equipment enclosures

One of the most requested products of recent years is generator enclosures: they keep rain and snow out, damp the noise and prevent overheating through properly sized ventilation. We build them for a specific generator model or universal by dimensions, insulated or plain. The same approach covers housings for pumps, ventilation and other outdoor equipment.

Decorative metalwork

Metal is not only structure: perforated panels and screens hide technical zones and divide space, pattern laser cutting produces openwork partitions, screens and furniture inserts, and engraving covers plates, nameplates, numbers and decor. Colours span the full RAL palette, including matte and textured finishes to order.

Custom metal items

If nothing ready-made fits, we build your version. That is the core advantage of a full-cycle shop: changing a size, thickness or colour, adding holes or mounts is neither a problem nor necessarily more expensive. A dimensioned sketch or a photo of a sample is enough. More complex items go through our engineer, who prepares the drawing, points out where the design can be simplified and confirms the final version with you before release.

Batches for business

We produce series for business: store equipment for a retail chain, uniform shelving for a warehouse, branded items with a logo, components for assembly at your site. Unit price drops noticeably in a batch because setup is spread across the run, and programs and tooling stay on file for repeat orders. Production under your own brand is available, with logo marking and packaging for your chain.
