We fabricate steel structures of any complexity — from a single frame to a building skeleton. We work to your drawings or design the structure ourselves: from sketch and calculation to the finished product, coating and on-site installation. Every stage takes place at our own facility in Kyiv, so one company — not a chain of subcontractors — is responsible for deadlines and geometry.

Materials and sections

Most structures are based on box-section tube, angle, channel, I-beam and sheet steel. We select the steel grade for the loads and operating conditions: for most structures St3 or S245 is enough, while for heavily loaded joints we use low-alloy steels such as 09G2S. For aggressive environments or food production facilities we fabricate structures from stainless steel.

If you don't know which section you need — describe the task and the loads, and we will select the profile ourselves, without adding excess metal "just in case".

How much steel structure fabrication costs

The price consists of four parts: the cost of the metal, the volume of cutting and welding work, the coating and the installation. That is why two structures that look alike can cost differently — it all comes down to the sections, the number of joints and the weld quality requirements.

How we work

• Request and measurements. We accept drawings, a sketch or simply a description of the task. If needed, we visit the site to take measurements.
• Design and quote. An engineer prepares the structural design, selects the sections and calculates the cost. We agree the solution with you before production starts.
• Fabrication. Cutting, bending, welding and assembly of the units in the workshop — where the tooling and geometry control are.
• Coating. Weld cleaning and corrosion protection — primer, powder coating or hot-dip galvanizing, depending on the operating conditions.
• Delivery and installation. We ship to the site and, if required, carry out installation with our own crew.

Why structures are assembled in the workshop, not on site

We perform as many operations as possible at the facility: there the parts are cut by a laser, bending is done by a press brake, and welding is carried out in a comfortable position with weld control. A structure welded on the ground in the workshop has more accurate geometry than one assembled at height in the wind. Ready-made sections travel to the site, where they only need to be erected and joined — which is faster, cheaper and safer.

Corrosion protection

A steel structure lives as long as its coating holds. For indoor structures, primer and powder coating are usually enough — it gives an even, durable layer and a wide choice of RAL colors. For outdoor and heavily loaded structures we recommend hot-dip galvanizing or a combined coating: zinc plus paint.

We always ask where the structure will stand — because the coating for a warehouse frame and for an open-air platform in the rain differ, and there is no point overpaying for what you don't need.

Installation and documents

We carry out installation with our own crew and the necessary equipment. We fabricate structures with transport in mind: we divide them into sections so they can be delivered and lifted without non-standard machinery. If required, we prepare as-built documentation, metal certificates and reports for concealed works.
