We provide metal laser cutting services at our own sheet metal fabrication facility in Kyiv, Ukraine. We cut mild (carbon) steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminium, brass and copper to your drawings — from a single part to a production run. A CNC fiber laser delivers a precise contour and a clean edge, so in most cases parts are immediately ready for bending, welding or painting without any extra finishing.
Laser cutting performs best on sheet metal of small and medium thicknesses, where geometry and cut quality matter:
The standard sheet format is 3000×1500 mm. If your part is larger or thicker, write to us: we will suggest the best technology or split the product into sections at the drawing stage.
Stainless is one of the most rewarding materials for the laser: the cut comes out clean, without heat tint along the edge, and the protective film on the sheet does not burn. We cut food-grade and technical grades (AISI 304, 316, 430) up to 12 mm thick. Typical orders are parts for food equipment, sinks, shelving, facade and decor elements where the surface must stay intact.
Aluminium reflects radiation and dissipates heat quickly, so cutting it takes a powerful fiber laser — exactly what runs in our shop. We work with sheets up to 10 mm: enclosure parts, radiator plates, LED sign elements, transport components. The edge comes out even and ready for further bending or anodizing.
Carbon steel is the main material for structures, frames and brackets; we cut it up to 20 mm with stable quality along the entire cut. Galvanized sheet is cut up to 3 mm in a mode that minimizes burn-off of the zinc layer near the edge, so parts keep their corrosion protection.
CNC gantry positioning ensures contour repeatability across the whole batch: part one hundred is identical to part one. The kerf is tenths of a millimetre, so nesting is dense and metal is used sparingly. The laser edge has no burrs and needs no deburring; the heat-affected zone is minimal — the part does not warp, and holes and slots keep their geometry. The minimum hole diameter depends on sheet thickness — as a rule it equals the metal thickness.
The cost is calculated individually and depends on four factors: the material and its thickness, total cut length, the number of piercings and the batch size. The bigger the series, the lower the price per part, because sheet nesting is optimized and waste is minimized.
How to make the order cheaper at the drawing stage: combine small parts into one batch, avoid unnecessary holes and overly thin bridges, choose standard sheet thicknesses. When quoting, our engineer will point out where the design can be simplified without losing strength.
To get the exact price, send your drawing in DXF, DWG or STEP via the website form — we will quote the order within one business day. No drawing? A hand sketch or a photo of a sample is enough: we will prepare the nesting file ourselves.
For typical parts you can get the price yourself in minutes: upload a DXF or STEP file to the online cabinet — the system calculates the cutting, shows the part in 3D and gives the price right away. Handy when you need to quickly compare several design options or price a production run.
The standard lead time is 1–5 business days depending on volume. If you need the part «yesterday» — say so when ordering: whenever possible we will slot the job into the nearest production window. Small batches with a ready drawing are often cut the same day.
Looking for a laser cutting company in Ukraine to manufacture your parts? We work with international clients as a contract fabrication partner: you send DXF or STEP files and a specification, we reply with a quote in English, produce the parts and arrange delivery — across Ukraine or abroad by international carriers. Competitive Ukrainian production costs combined with European-grade materials (certificates available on request) make outsourcing sheet metal work to our shop a practical alternative to overloaded local suppliers.
The laser follows any vector contour, so decorative work is a separate line: openwork panels and partitions, fence and gate elements, signs, logos, plaques, garden decor. Send an image or a sketch — we will convert it into a cutting contour and advise which elements should be enlarged to keep the structure strong. Fine lettering and textures can be added with laser engraving.
The most convenient formats are DXF and DWG at 1:1 scale; for 3D parts we accept STEP. The contour must be closed, without overlapping lines or non-outlined text. A detailed breakdown of typical mistakes is in our article on preparing a drawing for cutting. Not sure? Send the file as is: we will check it and tell you whether corrections are needed.
Compared with plasma cutting and mechanical shearing, the laser gives a narrower kerf and a minimal heat-affected zone: the metal does not warp and the edge needs no cleanup. The CNC machine repeats a contour of any complexity — holes, slots, radii — with the same accuracy across the batch. For small and medium thicknesses this is the fastest and most economical way to get finished parts. For thick metal we offer plasma cutting, and we compared the technologies in the article «Laser or plasma cutting».
The most frequent orders: blanks for further bending and welding, equipment enclosures and covers, brackets and mounting plates, flanges, perforated sheets cut to a pattern, gate and fence elements, nameplates and tags, machinery repair parts. We cut both from our stock and from customer-supplied material.
Laser cutting is usually just the first step. In our shop parts move straight on: to sheet metal bending, welding, bench work and powder coating. We also do tube and profile cutting for frame products. You get a finished product from one supplier — no handing parts between contractors, faster and with a single point of responsibility for quality.
