Combined turning and milling

Half of machine parts need both operations: the body of revolution is turned on a lathe, while flats, slots, cross holes and keyways come from milling. Here the part passes both stages at one facility — no shipping between contractors, single responsibility for dimensions and a shorter lead time. That is why combined turn-mill work is best ordered from one shop.

One part or a series

We take on a single repair part as well as a production batch. For one-offs speed matters — often idle equipment is waiting for that part, so such jobs get priority. For series repeatability matters: we control dimensions at every stage so the whole batch stays within tolerance.

No drawing?

A familiar situation: the part broke and there is no documentation. Bring the sample or the fragments — we measure it, prepare a drawing and make a new part. If useful, we will suggest reinforcing the weak spot so it does not fail the same way again.

Milling price

The cost depends on the material, part complexity, amount of metal removal, accuracy requirements and batch size. The most expensive part is the setup, so on a series the per-piece price drops sharply. Together with other operations

Besides turning, milling pairs with bench work — threads, deburring, assembly. A finished part can go straight to coating; parts for welded structures move to the welding section without transport.
