Metal Turning Services in Kyiv, Ukraine

We provide custom metal turning services — from a single part to a production batch. We make bodies of revolution of any complexity: shafts, axles, bushings, flanges, fittings, adapters, pulleys, rollers, non-standard nuts. We work with steel, stainless, cast iron, aluminium, bronze, brass and polymers. Metal and polymers only — we do not do woodturning.

What turning includes

• external and internal turning to size;
• drilling, boring and reaming;
• external and internal threading, including imperial;
• grooves, chamfers, tapers, facing;
• restoration and repair of worn parts.

Turning rates

You will not see a «per machine hour» price list here, and that is more honest than it sounds: the same hour produces one simple shaft or a third of a complex flange with precision fits. So we price per part: material cost, machining time with the number of operations, accuracy and surface finish requirements. On a series the per-piece price drops sharply — the setup is done once. Send a drawing via the form — within one business day you get a number for your exact part, not «from a hundred».

Small orders welcome

We take small jobs too: one bushing, a pair of fittings, a repair shaft. We know idle equipment often stands behind a small part, so repair parts go first in the queue — whenever possible we turn them the same day. There is no minimum order value.

Making a part from a sample

If the part is worn or broken and there is no drawing — bring the sample. We measure it, select the material and make a new part, reinforcing the weak spot if needed. Standard practice for repairing production equipment, agricultural machinery and machine tools.

Combined turning and milling

Many parts need both turning and milling — flats, slots, cross holes. At our facility the part passes both operations without third-party contractors, so lead times are shorter and responsibility for dimensions is single. Bench finishing and coating are added as needed.

Delivery across Ukraine and abroad

For customers outside Kyiv we ship finished parts by carrier — shafts, bushings and flanges travel well. Drawings are accepted online and quotes come in English for international customers, so the whole order cycle runs remotely: from file to parcel.
